Refund policy
At Ashspire Customs, each piece is handcrafted and often made specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, our return policy is outlined below.
Custom & Personalized Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom or personalized products.
All custom orders include a digital proof that must be approved before production begins. Once a proof is approved, the design is considered final. We cannot offer refunds or changes for errors present in the approved proof (including spelling, dates, or layout).
Ready-Made (Non-Custom) Items
For ready-made items, exchanges or store credit may be available within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify:

Item must be unused

Item must be in original condition

Item must not show signs of wear or damage

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide return instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or we made an error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Include:

Clear photos of the item

Photos of packaging

Photos of any shipping box damage
We review all claims on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are not possible due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products.
Non-Returnable Situations
The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchanges:

Natural variations in wood grain, tone, or texture

Slight engraving variations

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or customer handling

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
